Introduction

Lead Conversion Dashboards are an auto-generated set of dashboard tiles to measure and compare how efficiently your marketing channels and website pages generate lead calls and your business answers and converts them. Think of them as your personal mission control for understanding how your marketing efforts turn into actual sales. The data and information can be used for high-level business insights, as well as daily monitoring efforts.

These Dashboards offer a reusable dashboard template that highlights all the key performance metrics related to how customers engage with your business. But it’s not just about the raw data; it’s about understanding why things are happening.

Note: As you hover over each title or column in the Marketing Channel table, there will be a tooltip describing how the metrics in that column are calculated.

For example, the Buying Intent (Industry) Rate is calculated by Buying Intent divided by the number of calls Answered by an Agent as shown here.

The information contained in the Calling Page chart is formatted similarly to the content in the Marketing Channel chart. The layout displays the top 10 Calling Pages based on the web pages that generated the most calls.
