We are thrilled to announce the release of Signal AI Studio, the game-changing upgrade to Invoca’s Signal AI. Powered by our new patented machine learning technology, Signal AI Studio makes it fast and easy for you to create custom AI models to capture every insight you need from phone conversations — from call intent, product/service interest, and conversion events to CX issues, topics discussed, and agent call handling scoring.  

Training an AI model is phenomenally fast and easy — more than 90% faster than today. And the new machine learning is amazingly smart and accurate because it’s trained on your business’ calls — understanding not just words, but topics and conversational context.
