Sometimes you just need to say "It's not me, it's you." If it's time to cut a phone number off from being able to call in to your organization, Invoca can let you block that number. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Invoca account, then click Settings in the sidebar menu.
  2. Find the network, Advertiser, or Publisher you want to take this action, then, under the Tools section, click Blocked Numbers.
  3. Click New Blocked Number and enter: Phone number (Including Country Code) and Reason. You can block countries, area codes, groups of phone numbers, and caller IDs.
    • Example: to block all phone numbers starting with “1-805-452”, enter Country Code “1”, Phone Number “805452”.
  4. Read the warning that appears. When you're finished, click Save.

Keep in mind that numbers can be unblocked or edited as well. From the Blocked Numbers table, simply click the garbage can icon for the number you wish to unblock. Use the edit tool to update any of the blocked number fields.

In the case of recurring spam or fraud, please also contact your Invoca Customer Success Manager or Core Account Manager for further steps to help improve Invoca's robust spam and fraud mitigation services.
