Promo numbers are the Invoca phone numbers displayed to visitors on your ads and landing pages that route to your Destination Number. Your Invoca account contains a pool of promo numbers sized to meet your needs, with unique numbers displayed to each new visitor. These promo numbers are recycled regularly to maintain a more sustainable, cost-effective supply.

If you’d like to know when a given promo number for your account was last provisioned — that is, shown to a customer — follow these steps:

1. Login to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click "Promo Numbers," then select "Manage Promo Numbers."
2. Click the "Edit Columns” link on the right-hand side of your browser window. Then, in the pop-up screen that appears, select the checkbox for "Date Allocated."
3. The Date Allocated column will now appear in your Manage Promo Numbers menu. You can now use this menu to browse the promo numbers listed in your account, or type a specific promo number in the “Filter by” text box to find information on that promo number.
