Promo numbers are the Invoca phone numbers displayed to visitors on your ads and landing pages that route to your call center. By default, each campaign connected to your Invoca account is allotted a maximum of five promo numbers. To increase or decrease that limit, follow these steps:
 

  1. Log in to Invoca to a Network account as a Manager-level user or higher. If you do not have these permissions, please contact your Invoca account administrator.
  2. In the sidebar menu, click Campaigns, then select Manage Campaigns.
  3. In the Manage Campaigns menu, select the Campaign you’d like to edit, then click the Promo Numbers tab.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Promo Numbers Allowed pencil icon. Enter the new number of promo numbers you’d like to allot to this campaign, then click Submit.

 
That’s it! Now your campaign will have access to the new number of promo numbers you’ve just selected, helping you allocate your promo numbers more efficiently.
