Syndicating IN to Your Network
When you are working with a client or advertiser who also utilizes the Invoca platform, syndicating their campaign in to your network allows you to make their campaign available to your distribution channels and traffic. Essentially, this gives you the ability for the publishers in your network to drive traffic to other Invoca customers' offers. The benefit of syndicating IN is the synchronized reporting capability as both networks have visibility into call data, without exposing proprietary information like publisher name. Additionally, this allows your network exposure to different offer campaigns and verticals that otherwise may not have been accessible to you.
Syndicating OUT of Your Network
Syndicating OUT provides the opportunity to work with distribution sources or publishers outside of your network. Essentially, your campaign is running in another Invoca customer's platform while maintaining the campaign's integrity since no changes can be made by the syndicating network. A key benefit of syndicating OUT is that you are allowed the opportunity to test or pilot varied methods of distribution without the effort of developing new relationships with new publishers. Additionally, you can leverage other networks' distribution without managing individual publishers.
Note: Call Durations in a Syndication Chain.
If you are selling calls to an Advertiser that syndicates into their own network, the Total Call Durations in each network can be slightly different. The network where the phone call originates will see a Total Connected Duration equal to the Total Duration (Total IVR Duration + Total Connected Duration) in the network buying the call.
