If you use Invoca for performance marketing as a Network account, you'll likely finding yourself managing the Advertiser accounts which create campaigns in your network. This include the Advertiser's status, which determines their ability to create Invoca campaigns.

To view and change an Advertiser's status, log in to Invoca and click Advertisers in the sidebar menu, then select Manage Advertisers. Find the Advertiser you want to change and click the pencil icon. Then, in the Status column, choose a new status for that Advertiser. Here's a list of these statuses, and what they all mean:

  • Approved: This Advertiser is open for business in your Invoca network. They can apply to visible campaigns and promote campaigns they've been approved to join.
  • Declined: Advertisers who apply to a network but were never approved have the status, "Declined". These Advertisers cannot view or create campaigns.
  • Suspended: Suspended advertisers were previously Approved for business, but the Network decided to stop doing business with this account. This status can be temporary due to technical difficulties or unwanted behavior.
  • Archived: After an Advertiser has been suspended, you can Archive them to remove their access to your Network permanently. An archived Advertiser account won't be displayed in any of your Advertiser lists, menus, or settings. However, you'll still be able to access historical data on calls to your archived Advertisers' campaigns.

If you change an Advertiser's account status, that Advertiser's users, as well as all Publishers in their campaigns, will receive a notification email explaining the status change.
