Promo numbers are the unsung hero in your Invoca account, key to routing phone calls and capturing attribution data. However, promo numbers are also a scarce resource. In order to manage promo numbers, Invoca offers an an auto reclaim feature for publisher promo numbers. This feature can be turned on or off depending on your number management policy.

When it's turned on, by default the auto reclaim process runs on the 20th of each month to attempt to reclaim unused promo numbers. Promo numbers considered for reclamation are those that have received zero calls in the past 45 days.

Invoca will send a notification email to the publisher user informing them of the reclaim with instructions to respond if they wish to keep the numbers. On the 26th of the month, users are notified again if they did not respond to the first email. On the 27th of the month, the reclaim process runs, reclaims the numbers and a final confirmation email is sent.
