When you're using Invoca for performance marketing, you might want to make a campaign that's not available for all your Publishers to view and apply. However, if you simply make that campaign private, you'll need to invite publishers via email to join the campaign, which might also automatically approve those publishers.

We also offer a third option: you can make your campaign visible to whichever publishers you select. Here's how:

  1. In the sidebar menu, click Campaigns, then select Manage Campaigns.
  2. Click "Edit Columns".
  3. Add the column "Publisher Visibility" and click "Done".

  4. Choose the campaign whose visibility you want to customize. For that campaign, click the word in the Publisher Visibility column — it will display as "All" or "None" depending on the campaign's visibility settings.
  5. For each publisher in your Invoca account, use the Network Override column radio buttons to choose "always visible" for Publishers you'd like to see this campaign, or "always hidden" for Publishers you don't want to see the campaign. You won't be able to change the visibility settings for Publishers that have already applied to your campaign.

That's it! Now only your chosen Publishers will be able to see and apply to your campaign.
