i have call prompts set up on both caller, and receiver end. On the receivers end, they pickup and hear 'new lead from ...' and then it connects. If they dont pick up, and the call goes to voicemail, i am getting feedback that the call disconnects right in the middle of the 'leave a message' prompt.
Is the 'new lead...' prompt impacting the call duration setting? if so, how do i change that?
