Invoca’s Customer Thought Leadership program, “Conversation Intelligence Heroes,” gives our customers a podium to highlight their expertise in the conversation intelligence, call tracking, and analytics space. 

As part of the program, we’re shining a spotlight on our most inspiring heroes. This month’s featured hero is Kellyanne Perez-Vera. She handles Digital Strategy at Verizon.
