Overview
Average Earnings per 100 Calls (EPC) is calculated using the same method that many Networks compute their Earnings per 100 Clicks (EPC)

The Formula
EPC = (Total_Earnings/Total_Calls)*100

  • In the Overview ReportTotal_Earnings is displayed in the column "Total Earned".
  • Total_Calls is displayed in the "Calls" column.
Important Note: Total_Calls does not include test calls during the time period. The platform reports on Average EPC for the past 7-days and 30-days.

Example
You earned $600 from a total of 300 calls in 7 days.
Your 7 Day average earnings per 100 calls for the week is:
        EPC = ($600/300) * 100 = $200.00

How long does it take for the EPC to be calculated for a new or updated campaign? For example, will an EPC be calculated after the first 100 calls or would a full 7 days have to pass before EPC is calculated?

Does this apply to choose best in the bundle?

Yes, it does apply to choose best in the bundle. In our case, we have adjusted rates for destinations in an existing bundle, and the EPC values are not lining up. We are looking for a means to enable Best Choice without waiting for 7, or worse, 30 days.
