Here’s how to use the feature:

  • Call Summaries: View call summaries to quickly review individual conversations
  • Pre-Set Prompts: Use pre-set prompts to ask GPT for more answer and info on calls
  • GPT Assistant: Use a generative AI assistance to ask for more info or suggestion about a call

Digital Marketers--Try these prompts:

  • “What keywords can get more callers like this?”
  • “Write a blog post that would attract more callers like this?”
  • “What questions did the caller ask? What details about themselves did they provide?”
  • “What are the next steps marketing should take with this caller?”

Contact Center leaders--Try these prompts:

  • “What could the agent have done better?”
  • “What information did the agent collect?”
  • “What are the follow-up actions from this call?”
  • “Write content for our website that answers this caller’s questions and would have prevented them from calling?”
