How to reauthenticate Invoca-Salesforce integration?

The Tasks are being assigned to the user who authenticated the integration and it's causing confusion. So we'd like to reauthenticate it as a integration user to avoid any confusion.Please help us with the steps to reauthenticate the integration.

Reporting Who Answered Phone Call

Is there any way without Agent Voice ID to see what agent number a call was routed to? All I see is the destination number which is the campaign endpoint but it doesn't provide info for any ID of who answered.
