Invoca's Technical Services team is one of several groups within our Customer Success department dedicated to making sure your organization gets the most out of Invoca. In particular, Technical Services is here to help with advanced technical setup and consultation for some of the more tricky and developer-intensive tasks you might encounter, especially with your Invoca Tag and integrations.

  • Consulting: Get expert advice from our technical teams on how to use our API stack or webhooks to build custom integrations.
  • Health Checks: If you have a new person in your organization in charge of your Invoca account, or it's simply been a while, Technical Services can review your network with you to provide a better understanding of how it is configured and — in conjunction with other teams — provide recommendations on how to optimize for better ROI.

 

Architecture Services

  • Platform Rearchitecture: Work with Invoca experts to update your Invoca Network to the latest best practice configurations
  • Invoca Tag Re-writes: Invoca offers resources for auditing and re-writing custom code for your Invoca Tag, to customize its experience on your landing pages
