If you have an Invoca campaign with more than one static promo number, you might want calls to different numbers to have different call treatment options, despite being part of the same campaign. Here's how to customize the call treatment for each promo number:
 

  1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click Promo Numbers, then select Manage Promo Numbers.
  2. In your list of promo numbers, find the number you want to customize.
  3. In the Actions column, click the menu button, then select Customize.
  4. Follow our guide How to understand, build, and edit a call treatment for your Invoca campaign to build a new call treatment for that promo number. When you're finished, click Save.

 
That's it! The customized terms will override the existing terms and conditions of the campaign this promo number is associated with. The publisher hosting that promo number will be automatically notified of their promo number customization or blockage setting.
