Objective

2FA setup for Invoca Accounts

Applies To

2FA login for Invoca

Procedure

  1. Customer must have Feature Flag enabled for: show_two_factor_auth
    • Confirm with CSM if there is a cost
    • Provisioning will need to add this flag
  2. Once enabled, a SUPER user on the network can enable 2FA to be manadory or optional for each user
  3. If Mandatory, all current users receive an email stating that 2FA is now required and they will need to input a US or Canada phone number with their login every time for verification moving forward
  4. Users are then prompted to add/update their phone number and verify their ID (Super user does NOT need to set each contact phone number)

Additional Information

  • Users MUST use a phone number (US or Canada number) to verify and cannot use an email address
